The Thrustmaster TM Leather 28 GT Wheel Add-on is a replacement wheel for Thrustmaster T-Series steering wheels. With a genuine leather cover hand-stitched around the entire circumference of the wheel and a wheel structure identical to automotive standards with polyurethane moulding (for a supple feel and greater comfort) and an internal steel hoop (for better transmission of driving sensations and therefore Force Feedback effects), you'll no longer have any excuse for not finishing first during your races.

As a replacement for the original wheel

Some problems in the delivery time, but it was solved with LDLC (a site I recommend).
To replace the original wheel on my T 300 RS (out of order), I didn't want to buy a complete wheel. I did not encounter any particular problems in the installation. The settings remained the same in the different games (Forza 6, Horizon 3, Asseto Corsa, Need for Speed 2016). Only the buttons have changed location, and that takes some time to adapt, but they are no more instinctive. The comfort is the same (leather upholstery, nice finish...).
Now I can play online again without the stress of the breakdown.
