Sharp detailsWith three times the processing speed of previous models, the BIONZ X processor can accurately capture textures, reduce blur and remove visual noise to ensure crisp photos or videos. The ultra-high ISO range allows you to capture natural, nuanced images in low-light conditions or indoors without a flash.

For a first Hybrid camera, it is easy to handle, light and compact.
The handling and menus are simple and the manual is well explained.
I am a beginner in photography, this camera is just perfect for me, its size, options and features are more than enough to have fun with!
I recommend it to people who want to get into the world of photography, or even pros.
I already had a NEX3, then a NEX5, and the APLPHA 6000 is in the same line, with a big plus: the electronic viewfinder.
I don't understand people who prefer an SLR, much heavier and more cumbersome: this hybrid is light and gives images equivalent to those of a big SLR. The sensor (24Mpx) is excellent, especially in low light.
The lens has the advantage of being light and retractable, but the quality is sometimes a bit limited at the edges, especially at wide angle. That's why I'm taking off one star.
