I received my parcel in Polynesia but it was missing the invoice printed and displayed on top of the parcel as usual.
Customs blocked my parcel and demanded the invoice.
This is the first time this has happened to me since I started ordering from you.
I have been using these products for a long time and I am very satisfied with them.
The prices, the order processing and the delivery time are also satisfactory.
I was very unhappy with the delivery (chronopost), as the parcel was thrown (literally) on a balcony in the rain when it could have been put in the letterbox. I have already had the opportunity to discuss this with customer service.
I have been using these cartridges for a while now and they work great for my Canon printer. The cartridge lasts longer and the printing is fine.
Good capacity, very, very fast delivery (3 days in Guyana). I haven't really used them yet, and I think it will take me a while to empty them, but for now, nothing to complain about!
Not much to say. It is a normal black cartridge. The advantage: its price and its large capacity. It's an original cartridge so there are no problems with leaks or compatibility.
