Noctua quality
Installed in a Synology NAS, does the job perfectly, quietly, compatible with the fan cut-off feature that the NAS offers (and that I use).
Good product, received home delivery copiously packaged by LDLC.
Smaller hub size
Thanks to a more streamlined and compact motor design, the hub is smaller in size compared to traditional 6cm fans. By increasing the blade area, the NF-A6x25 significantly improves the pressure level as well as the flow.
Flow Channels
The impeller of the NF-A6x25 is equipped with flow ducts on the face of the fan. The flow acceleration generated at the tips of the blades creates a more massive, less dispersed suction, thus increasing efficiency and reducing vortex-related noise disturbance.
AAO Frame
Noctua's AAO(Advanced Acoustic Optimisation) frames are equipped with anti-vibration mounts and exclusive optimisations to push the limits of performance and silence.
Stepped Inlet Design
Noctua's Stepped Inlet design adds turbulence to the inlet flow, allowing a gradual transition from laminar to turbulent flow. This reduces noise emissions, generates a more massive flow and increases suction power.
Inner Surface Microstructures
As the blade tips move in a boundary layer influenced by the presence of an Inner Surface Microstructure, the flow separation that takes place at the suction level becomes almost non-existent.
Integrated anti-vibration dampers
The integrated anti-vibration mounts, made of extra soft silicone, limit the transmission of vibrations while ensuring perfect compatibility with standard fastening systems.
SSO2 Bearing
This is the latest generation of the SSO2 bearing, which is even more optimised. The SSO2 is equipped with a rear magnet closer to the axle for greater precision, durability and stability.
Smooth Commutation Drive 2
Noctua's latest SCD system ensures smooth operation by eliminating torque variations and switching noise. As a result, the NF-A6x25 remains very quiet even at close range.
3-speed adjustment for total flexibility
With access to 3000, 2400 and 1600 rpm speed settings via the supplied adapters(low noise and ultra low noise), the NF-A6x25 FLX(FLX for Flexibility) offers great flexibility in terms of flow and silence settings.
Multiple wiring options
While the main fan power cable is short(20cm), a 30cm cable is provided to solve any distance problems. Both cables are fully sheathed.
6-year manufacturer's warranty
Noctua fans have a proven track record for both quality and durability. As with all Noctua models, the NF-A6x25 has an MTBF of more than 150,000 hours of testing and comes with a full 6-year manufacturer's warranty.

Very good product!!! A bit noisy for its size but very good all the same! The packaging is complete. nothing to say more, since I note that the product.
I bought it because I have known Noctua for their efficiency and reliability for many years. I am not disappointed!
Great packaging. I didn't give it the highest rating because it's still quite expensive.
Makes a bit of noise at full blast but does move a bit of air.
I put it just a notch lower so I don't hear it but it doesn't blow much air after that.
It doesn't matter what brand I think, on such a small size the motor takes up too much space in the centre, the blade size is ridiculously small.
You would need a motor with half the diameter to get anything right.
I could only find this to replace a 7cm quickly.
Hello everyone,
I bought this fan to replace the one of a very noisy video projector. So yes, it's well packaged, the very complete connectic allows to connect directly to the Pentagon, only problem is that this fan forgot one essential thing. Well, it's to ventilate. Barely a ridiculous little trickle of air coming out, without exaggerating it comes out 4 times less air than the one I had, so fortunately it's quiet, but if I'm going to do that, I might as well put nothing on, it's even quieter and cheaper. In short, not satisfied, especially for the price.
