I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have a new one, because it's a good idea to have a new one.
I would recommend a very good bar and it seems that it doesn't let up quickly as I run all the games
G.SKILL RIPJAWS X SERIES 32 GB works perfectly and is compatible and performs well with my asus Z97-A motherboard
- On a PC equipped with an Asus Maximus VII Ranger + I7 4790K + a CG 970GTX :
- The switch to 2X8GB is really noticeable.
- No more lags in games (85/95% memory usage with the old Ballistix 2X4GB).
- I'm saving the other two memory sticks for later, as I'm sure I'll have the exact same sticks when the time comes, since 16GB of memory is enough for the moment in mid-2017. Knowing that DDR3 will become scarcer and scarcer, and therefore more expensive.
- The denomination "quad channel" translates: 2 times two dual channel so 2X16 GB for information.
- 1600 mhz in case 9 is fast and stable enough, as well as a possible 2400 mhz in case 11 (Overclocking on the Maximus).
