Yes, it is a recycled cartridge, it will never indicate the right ink level, and you have to do a special manipulation once on the printer (depending on the model, often a very long press on a key) to keep the printer printing despite a cartridge seen as empty. However, this is the only way to use a too old inkjet (MP180) at a reasonable cost without producing an extra computer waste.
The cartridge arrived in good condition, but it shows a bad ink level: "low ink level/empty cartridge" at each print...!
The black cartridge ordered with it, on the other hand, went through without a problem.
I've finally bought a colour cartridge in a supermarket and it works :)
