Hello,
I'm only giving 4 stars because I wasn't able to use the 2 memory sticks,
In fact, the PC that was intended for these memory sticks produces a blue screen (it had 2 x 1GB ram for the original pc2 5300).
At least if I put a 1gb ram + a 2gb ram, it works (and recognises the 3gb ram).
On the other hand, if I put in a single 2g ram or both 2g ram, I get a blue screen,
So I've left it with its original 2 ram (2 x 1g)
I have been ordering from ldlc for a long time now and I usually find what I am looking for in terms of IT.
The product is as described, the delivery is fast and careful, it works perfectly well, I recommend it.
After asking for advice from the technical department, I tried to add this SKILL strip to the one already in place (ELPIDA brand) on a LENOVO SL 500 laptop. With 4 GB of memory, my LINUXMINT 20 distribution works well without being at the memory limit. ( I had previously replaced the disk by a SSD to have a "normal" velocity )
I am very pleased with this product as it replaces a 1GB memory stick in a 2009 Netbook.
The memory was immediately recognized by the BIOS which allows me to better run Windows 10 and eventually Linux.
