LDLC service (advice, sales, after-sales service) was excellent, as usual. The only hitch: I wanted to add a SATA hard drive to my machine, but the workshop had forgotten the necessary cables in the box supplied, which contains all the unused accessories. The after-sales service was extremely responsive!
I often order from LDLC and I am always satisfied. I received very good technical advice when choosing my PC. The equipment I received is of high quality. I've just started using it, so I'll see how long it lasts.
I'm just sorry that there's no user guide to explain which cables you need to connect it to a desktop PC. Very little, if any, information. What cables are needed for internet with a 4g box. No, really, no information !!!!
We needed a fast, high-performance PC for precision photo processing (astrophotography). Installation is very simple thanks to LDLC. The must is the be quiet which gives incomparable comfort. Nothing to complain about, excellent product.
