I gained around 7 degrees at high temperatures.
I saved 5°C! And above all, less noise pollution, as the ventirad is quieter with lower temperatures.
A word of warning, though: I had to go over it several times to get the contact between the CPU and the motherboard to work, and it's clear that you shouldn't hesitate to tighten! I did my first assembly using a screwdriver with a torque of 5 N.m, obviously insufficient, it was finally with the spanner provided and hand screwing that contact was made.
My advice:
Buy a tube of thermal paste (3-4g) just in case! It would be terrible to have to reassemble the ventirad and run out of thermal paste :(
Screw by hand and tighten firmly.
If it doesn't work the first time, don't panic, it's probably the contact that wasn't made properly during assembly.
I have an I5 14600kf, which got very hot when it exceeded 180W, even with a 240mm AIO.
With this, that's no longer the case, I've saved 8 to 10 degrees on the highest temperatures!

This "trick" reduced the load temperature of my 14900kf processor by 5 degrees. I would never have believed that the module for calling the processor of my asus motherboard created bending to such an extent ...
The other good thing is that the thermal paste doesn't spill out when you spread it. At worst, any spillage can be wiped up with a paper towel on the module, without risk.
