  I'm very happy with these headphones (noise reduction during communication and sound quality).
  
  I'd seen reviews on YouTube saying that the headphones were difficult to take out of their case. This is indeed the case and the youtubers are not exaggerating. It's difficult to get them out of the box but that's not a problem.
  I had also read for one user that the right earphone had trouble charging and that you had to check the contact carefully. This was the case for me at first. Now the earpiece won't charge at all after 3 months (even after cleaning).
  
  It's a shame because I'd changed brands precisely because the right earphone would no longer charge at a competitor's.... I'm going to have to buy another pair. What a waste.
