Very good keyboard. Muffled noise for a mechanical keyboard. Good responsiveness. Rgb and macros well managed by asus.
I like the RGB key lighting profiles.
Responsiveness is perfect.
Very good value for money.
A very good wired mechanical keyboard (what an idea to want to play on a wireless keyboard and risk running out of batteries in the middle of a game :)), with the added bonus of a USB port for connecting the mouse or any other peripheral.
On the other hand, I find the keys a bit small for my taste, but I'll get used to it.
The keyboard performs well, feels good in the hand and its slightly curved side is nice, even if it took me a few hours of use before I really got to grips with it. The ability to adjust the RGB from the keyboard is really nice and with the asus programs it's a joy.
In terms of sound, it's not too noisy with its hybrid system.
The hard wrist rest put me off a bit at first, but after a month's use it's become my best friend.
I particularly like its responsiveness, for a keyboard at this price I was expecting worse, but it does exactly what you expect of it. Go for it with your eyes closed, it's good stuff!
Great value for money, with switches that make very little noise but still feel like a membrane keyboard. The little extra is the multiple lighting options that make the keyboard aesthetically pleasing.
It's not too imposing, which is what I was looking for, and the keys are pleasant to use. On the other hand, the key travel is quite long, so if you're coming from a 'normal' keyboard, you may need a little time to get used to it, but you soon get used to it. As for the noise, it is indeed noisy, but if that's the case, you don't buy a mechanical keyboard. In short, thank you ASUS for this nugget. It has two USB sockets to connect it to the computer, so pay attention to the number of USB ports you have on your motherboard, and if not, it also has a USB input on the keyboard. Personally, I plug my mouse pad into it, but you can also plug in your mouse without any problem.
very good keyboard, rather noisy keys but they are very sensitive, perfect for gaming. i recommend
After a lot of research and benchmarking, I thought I'd come up with the ultimate keyboard... But it was just a click away!
The plus points
- Build quality
- Cool backlighting
- Simple, elegant design
- Quality of keys and feel
The minus
- It clicks! I feel like someone's playing jacks next to me with every keystroke!
I thought the browns would be a good compromise for gaming / office use (if, like me, you don't just play games on your computer) but it's still very clicky. The positive points take over and I'm really happy with it, so it really depends on where you place the gaming/office automation cursor and too bad for the friends on Discord... ;)
The keys make noise if you go all the way = no problem for me, that's not why I took this keyboard for its efficiency, its speed of rendering keystrokes (as much in text as in game!).
A little touch of RGB (this was not necessarily in my criteria).
The keyboard is heavy and not too bulky, so it won't slip and it has a small removable wrist rest module...
I recommend it +
As a graphic designer, photographer and gamer, my keyboard is first and foremost a working tool. I absolutely need macro keys (for work) and keys that support 4 or 5 key shortcuts (which means pressing on the edge of the keys, not in the middle, which wears them out very quickly).
Until then I was with Logitech, whose last one was a G510s. And there was a big disappointment with this G510s, as the keys started to seize up, not being able to withstand the slightly off-centre presses caused by the keyboard shortcuts.
So I found this gamer keyboard with mechanical keys. The feel is incredible and confusingly sensitive at first. The quality seems impressive, especially for the weight of the keyboard!
The only downside is the management of the macro keys and (secondarily for me) the LEDs. I'm not sure how to use the keyboard, but I'm not sure if it's a good one or a bad one, because I'm not sure how to use it. I finally found it, but for a product of this price and quality, it's a shame.
For LDLC, thank you for the gift voucher offered for my loyalty of the first hour (and for reminding me my age...), a first for an online shop.
I was surprised to find that my parcel was in a relay point when I only put my address and I never received any sms or mail to warn me.
The keyboard I ordered is really excellent. The touch is great, the colours too. I've been using it for a while now, but it's a good idea to keep it in the same place as the rest of the keyboard.
The only drawback (and not the least) is that the software allowing, in particular, to reprogram the keyboard themes, is buggy as can be, and it is impossible to push any program. And believe me, I've tried everything so far.
I've tried everything so far. Fortunately the basic theme is very nice, it's a pity that the default themes are always red for the example, as I can't change anything.
After a problem of untimely disconnection of the m5 mouse, I replaced it with a K3 keyboard and an M3 mouse. The hardware seems to be of better quality, after a few days of use I am very satisfied for the moment
