Product assembled in less than 30 minutes, the instructions are very accessible.
The product has no apparent faults and is well packaged.
It is very qualitative, very comfortable. I have to say that I will have to wait and see, but for the moment I can't see anything wrong with this product and I recommend it.
I also give a good mark for the advice, the welcome and the help received to put the product in my trunk at the shop in Agen.
I bought this product in August 2021 and now I find that I can no longer put the seat up. It remains at the bottom.
I've been looking at it in more detail and it turns out that the product has cracked and the cylinder has gone all the way down.
So it's off to the dump.
I am disgusted considering the price of the product ....
... After more than a month of trying it out, I would say that, overall, the product is very good. I especially like the adjustable armrests. The seat is nice.
However, the wheels are not of great quality and at times the seat is unstable. Especially when you want to move forward. I have already fallen off the seat once.
Normally it should be possible to lock the seat up/down and on mine it doesn't work. This feature is not essential and I can easily do without it.
I also have a little problem with the seat not rising high enough for my taste.
Comfortable, ergonomic, easy to assemble. Perfect for gaming and office use thanks to the multiple adjustment possibilities.
I've ordered the best chair I've ever seen from LDLC at a great price. It's adjustable and feels great, especially after hours of not having a backache, and the cushion is of great quality, so it's a great chair in general, with a warranty that's worth it.

I received this product on time by courier, easy to assemble, following the instructions, one plastic part to install for the headrest or kidney block, I couldn't find how to assemble it. The quality is good, nice finish. I'm not sure how to install the headrest or the backrest, but the quality is good and the finish is good. 80kg, the cushioning is a bit tight when you sit down, the seat is a bit long but the problem is solved with a footrest. All the adjustments are very well thought out, seat height, backrest tilt preset, armrests adjustable in height, swivel and surprise adjustable in depth (front to back).
I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to buy a chair from LDLC.

I have ordered 2 identical seats, the gloves are useless, very good assembly.
It's really comfortable to stay in, but the empty boxes are heavy.
This is my 2nd akracing ergonomic seat and it's still as comfortable as ever, it really relieves the back compared to a more traditional seat, but the smell of the new synthetic material is appalling and the "3D" armrests keep going out of adjustment and swivelling in all directions for no good reason, it's gimmicky. The "2D" ones were enough
The seat arrived very quickly at my home.
The packaging was really clean and there is even a worse white glove to fit the seat.
It is very easy to assemble the seat yourself.
The finish is really good. I have to see in time how the seat evolves but I think it should go in the right direction.
