  Good quality chair, but far too hard and the seat is not necessarily pleasant

  I received this chair today. After putting it together and testing it I noticed that the seat and backrest were even harder than my test in the shop. I bought a cushion to put on the seat but I am too high (even with the seat at minimum).
  The backrest is also very hard (I feel like my back is against a wall) and as I spend my days on the computer it is not pleasant at all.
  The chair looks pretty good despite some marks on the back that I noticed when I unpacked it.
  I've been using it for a while now and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to use it for a long time.
  I'm going to test a few more things, otherwise I'll see with LDLC what can be done as I prefer my old chair much more comfortable.
