  I also have the Trust mouse, which looks almost exactly like it, but they have their differences: the middle button of the Trust clicks by tilting the wheel to the side/upwards, whereas the Dacomex clicks more "classically" by pressing the wheel. The colour of the side light strip is different (red for the Dacomex and blue for the Trust). For the rest, same touch, same position of the buttons. Maybe more precision with the Dacomex when you go fast.
  In any case, it feels good on the wrist! I used to have pain from time to time before I got them (one at work and one at home) and not anymore. It takes a little while to get used to it but it passes quickly.
