Impeccable quality, solid seat, robust leather, dense foam, nothing to complain about. I hope to keep it for another 4 years.
The chair itself smells of quality, apart from the armrests, and it's very easy to assemble.
However, it's not made for everyone (height) otherwise you have to buy a footrest to compensate and the worst thing for me is that it really hurts my back, I've tried all the adjustments but it still hurts after 1 hour or 1.5 hours on it and the backrest is so hard that I end up with traces of the chair's design on my back every time.
I've relied on the opinions of several people on the net and frankly I regret it, believing that for them hard is always good for the back.
As for LDLC, they're great as usual.

Bought a year ago, my Hero is still in perfect condition and as comfortable as ever. The backrest is harder than that of other brands, but that's also why you can spend the whole day in it comfortably without your back hurting afterwards. It's very heavy (30kg!), so it's extremely stable. The backrest is high and wide, perfect for a tall person: I'm 1m95 tall and I can finally rest my head against the backrest! The upholstery hasn't moved, despite being used quite a lot and despite the cat often jumping on it. The only downside is the head cushion, which I don't think is great. I replaced it with a Secret Labs memory foam cushion.
A very nice office chair of very high quality. A price that meets my expectations. I recommend it without hesitation.
I gave this rating because I hadn't had a gaming chair before but I have to say that I am completely won over by this purchase.

I have had this chair for a year and a half. It is very nice, nothing to complain about.
On the other hand, for the overall quality and durability, on the one hand it is great: the cushions, surfaces and seams are still in excellent condition. Nothing has changed in a year and a half.
On the other hand, the chair has become very noisy. As soon as I move a buttock or an eyebrow, the chair creaks everywhere. I work at home and play PC games on this chair, and hearing these squeaks every time I move has become unbearable.
I've tried tightening the bolts, putting in degreaser, but so far, nothing works. I'm going to try a last chance repair with washers and grease but if it doesn't work it will end up on sale or in the bin.
At 400€ a chair, I'll never be caught again. It's just shameful.
The Noblechairs Hero is very comfortable. The quality of the seat and backrest is impressive. The foam in this chair is firm. The multiple adjustments mean that you don't need a lumbar cushion, and there is a knob to adjust the back support. After a month of intensive use (due to telecommuting), I am still delighted with my purchase. The price is a bit high but the chair is solid and the comfort quickly makes you forget the investment.
