Product meets my expectations.
This USB-C mini-hub could probably be a little more compact, but it does what it's supposed to do.

not expensive but not great quality either. sometimes the hard drive (even with only this plugged in) disconnects by itself or is not recognised, especially if i move it a bit. sometimes i have to use another port for it to work. it's far from perfect. Next time I'll pay a bit more.
I chose this brand because I already have another I-TEC USB hub which I'm very happy with. This one works perfectly, we'll just have to see how it holds up over time.
very useful for adding USB ports when you have an extra USB-C on your laptop
Have a nice day.
Very good product, as pictured, does the job.
The sales department is top notch, friendly and quick to respond.
The hub works well, all 4 ports are used, the only downside is the price for such a small item but it's a great help!
Everything went well. I am satisfied. Nothing to add, the job was done and the customer is satisfied
Correct items for the price and super practical, I highly recommend to those who are looking for a simple and efficient usb hub
Recognised immediately and after testing all inputs, works great on the 4 busy usb's, choose without worry. JLC
I was using a USB HUB for my keyboard and mouse. I had noticed from time to time a slight latency of the mouse. Problem corrected with this one.
Does the job very well.
However, I have noticed that this adapter, or even a better one, once plugged in, pertrubutes the wireless signal between my mouse and its USB dongle (the mouse becomes unusable)... good to know...
Hello,
Unfortunately, this can happen to any HUB since wireless technology usually works on 2.4 GHz. USB 3.0 can then transmit interference on this same frequency. The same applies to WiFi, Bluetooth or other wireless technologies. Wireless manufacturers should make sure that the antenna is as far away from the USB connector as possible, but often they do not.
The recommendation for this problem is therefore to use a USB 2.0 cable. This USB 2.0 extension cable then does not transmit interference as long as the device used is as far away as possible.
Sincerely
