        Practical and well-made

Useful for motherboards with few fan connectors.
Good workmanship, connectors a bit loose at the case exit to the 3 fans.

        Full control

On my mini itx motherboard I only have 3 pwm connectors, with this toy I can now connect 3 fans on one connector. The bundle is also complete. Good job noctua and good job ldlc.com.

Simple and efficient (but only for PWM fans)

I had a case with 2 fans installed on the front, and one on the back. I had also added 3 more fans on top. In the end, the number of sockets on the motherboard was a bit tight. The little hub that came with the case was not very satisfactory either.

So I had taken 2 NA-FC1 to regulate all this, more easily, and with less necessary plugs.

Bad surprise, it didn't regulate anything at all for the fans delivered with the case. But after analysis, mea culpa: the product is sold as a 4-pin fan controller (PWM), and the ones in my case were only 3-pin.

So I bought 3 4-pin fans to replace the ones in my case, and when I connected them to the NA-FC1, another detail bothered me: the cable that runs from the NA-FC1 and splits into 3 to control the 3 fans, had only 1 plug with 4 pins, and the other 2 with only 2 pins. That said, everything worked normally. And after thinking about it, this is certainly normal: the one and only 4-pin socket should be used to indicate to the motherboard the speed of the fan connected to this socket.

So anyway, after my setbacks, which are not the fault of the product, everything works perfectly.

Personally, I chose to connect the 2 Noctua controllers to the power supply, but not to the sockets on the motherboard. This way, I am sure that the fans will never change speed, and therefore will not make more noise (solution validated by CPU and GPU benchmarks).

In summary: I highly recommend this NA-FC1 controller (as long as you only have PWM fans to connect to it). The 3 fans can be powered by a simple Sata socket of the power supply (recommended), and you have the choice to put the NA-FC1 as the only speed controller, or in addition to the motherboard socket (in which case it acts as a speed reducer sent by the motherboard).

        Useful

Practical, simple, delivered with several cables. Delivery ok. Quality of the product seems fragile, ....

        Simple and effective

Ordered to regulate 3LL 120 from Corsair a little noisy in the towers connected directly to my power supply and not to my cm.
So only one device for my 3 fans, very simple connection and allows to adjust very well the speed of rotation with the small integrated wheel.
It's a simpler solution and one that I greatly preferred to the installation of a rheobus.
