Does not hold up in the long term.

The product is beautiful and works perfectly, I would have recommended it at the beginning but after 7 months of use, the keyboard is starting to seriously mess up and this is strongly felt on gaming activities and a little less on office activities. I've been using it for a while now, but it's not working well and it's not working at all, so I'm going to use it again. So move on, there are better keyboards on the market. See with the warranty if the next keyboard works better.

Beautiful and pleasant, but ... to be thrown away after 2 years

This keyboard is a dream to use (especially with the volume control wheel, it's a total blast)
It is beautiful and the lighting is really impressive.
The only negative point is that the lighting modes can only be changed when the SWARM software is running, so under Linux, it becomes a very nice normal keyboard with no customization possibilities.
On the other hand, very bad point:
After two years of use, some of the keys are starting to lose their touch.
You blow on it and it starts again, except that after a few months, it starts again and it spreads to other keys.
After contacting Roccat, for this keyboard, the key switches are soldered to the bottom of the keyboard, so it's not possible to replace them.
The keyboard is just good for the bin! What a waste of money and ecology!
I saw on their website that they now make keyboards with optical switches that can be replaced.
I'm not sure if I'll buy this brand again, but one thing is for sure, I'll make sure the switches can be changed/replaced!

        Long-term purchase forgotten

I bought this keyboard in 2019, the keyboard is starting to have the same problems as everyone else with the keys, for the price you would expect at least 5+ years.
I will not make the same mistake again.

        Poor value for money.

Purchased on 07/01/2019, out of order on 28/06/2021.

What a disappointment to see a gamer keyboard at this price already be down. Note that I am only a casual gamer, so there was no heavy use.
        Never again Roccat....

        Beautiful, but ...

I used this keyboard for 1 year and was very satisfied with it, then the following year I was forced to stop using my fixed computer and therefore this keyboard. I've been using this keyboard for a year and was very happy with it, then the following year I was forced to stop using my desktop computer and this keyboard, unfortunately since then some of the keys don't work or double click (or even triple click) so one time I don't have any N's and the next time I have 3. I have never mistreated this product and I bought it because I had several Roccat mice that I could not complain about. It has been a year now and I am really getting tired of it. I'm going to change my keyboard.
I have tried to clean it though....
Also, while researching I discovered that I was far from being the only one to have these problems.

        An excellent keyboard!

As said in the title, this keyboard is really excellent! It's a little jewel, as much in the look as in the touch! The brushed aluminium plate is of the most beautiful effect, very pleasant to the touch (cold!) and participates largely has the impression of solidity which emerges from the keyboard! Visually still, the keys, all visible individually in a small translucent plastic shell branded Roccat make the backlighting magnificent, since it is visible on the whole keyboard, and not only on the top of the key! The whole thing remains very sober, which is quite rare for the brand! Moreover, although not my taste, the black/white version of this keyboard is very nice in a suitable configuration (which is not my case xD)
I'm not a g@m3rs nor a mechanical keyboard specialist, just a casual gamer and developer who was tired of having crappy keyboards. And I'm not disappointed in the least! The switches don't have a return click, so no extra noise, and the click on activation is very soft, almost imperceptible. It's an all-mechanical keyboard, less noisy than most membrane or even chiclet keyboards I've seen, and with a particularly soft feel. ¨No need to force on the keys, this one presses all alone, without resistance, and very quickly. I'm not sure if it's the same as a chiclet keyboard, but it's thicker, which is very nice. In addition, the low-profile design of the keycaps is very well thought out and allows you to press them without ripping, whatever the angle of attack, and even with slightly wet hands. A half star less for the software suite, perfectible. I'm not sure if it's a good keyboard for gaming or office use, but it's worth the price!

        1 month of operation. ONLY...

I got this keyboard because I thought it was reliable, good quality, visually beautiful, I play a lot and I needed a keyboard that was comfortable to use. I've had it for a month now and I use it 4 days a week, it hasn't suffered any violence, the cable isn't bent, damaged or anything else, but when this morning, when I start up my PC, I realise that the keyboard doesn't work anymore, you can easily imagine the disgust that I could have, I've contacted SaV, and I'm waiting to hear from them, I'll probably give the keyboard a second chance because it's comfortable to use despite everything, but if it works for a month each time for no reason, I'll ask for a refund.. So I am forced to go back to my uncomfortable keyboard that I have had for over 2 years now.. SYMPAS.

        Perfect

The keyboard has a very nice finish except for the handle rest which could have been made of another material than plastic but otherwise it is perfect!

        TOTALLY unstable driver

Excellent keyboard and very good quality hardware.
Unfortunately for the customization side (via the SWARM software) is useless since it is TOTALLY UNSTABLE. I've been using it for several years now, but it's not working and it's not working anymore.
Personally I do not recommend this keyboard.

The best keyboard I've used for the moment

I've been testing this keyboard for over 6 months now and I can finally give my opinion.
The keyboard is beautiful, brushed aluminum, the finishes are impeccable, the rgb is for me one of the best ever tested, packaging sober but effective.
The best thing about it is the switches, the engineers have found a good compromise so that it is comfortable in all areas without excelling in one.
Easy to configure thanks to the swarm software, it works very well with my kone aimo, the rgb are a pair. The cable is almost 2 meters long, braided.
I would rate it a 9 out of 10 because of the wrist rest which is just awful for such a high end keyboard.

        Beautiful keyboard

For me it is the most beautiful keyboard. It feels great and the lighting is very nice. The brightness is adjustable with the wheel from high to low. I was looking for this possibility to turn it off quickly for when I'm watching movies.
I have no complaints about this keyboard except for the price which is a bit high in my opinion.

        Very good quality

It's an expensive keyboard but also very good, very very pleasant to use in everyday life, both in games and in the office.
The finish is top notch and really gives the impression of having an exceptional keyboard.

It's a very good keyboard with a very good feel for gaming and office use. The finish is very good and it feels like a really good keyboard.

The volume wheel also manages the backlighting, which is completely customisable and soft compared to other keyboards, and it also looks great with the switches coming out.

I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed with the wrist rest, it's made of plastic and even if it's not uncomfortable it's disappointing compared to others (half a star less, for the price I was hoping for better).

I highly recommend it to all those who have money to put in their keyboard and for whom the design counts ;)

        "Almost perfect

The keyboard is close to perfection, the "home-made" switch is excellent in game and in text: A delight in every way.
So why should I give it a 9 instead of a 10? Because I had to buy this keyboard with a FR layout when I wanted a BE layout being Belgian. I contacted Roccat after sales service to see if they will be selling key kits or by the piece.
The Swarm software is well designed if you take the time to adapt to it.
