Good speakers
Very decent sound for music, does its job as a PC speaker.
I wouldn't compare these speakers to a €30,000 sound system...

Plenty of information on the order and its follow-up, which was followed to the letter.
Very competitive Edifier connected active speakers that deliver excellent sound for their size.
To provide sound for my electronic piano (KAWAI MP11 SE), replacing a sound bar (YAMAHA ATS-2070).
I've just tested listening to music via Bluetooth for this review and well, it's quite decent, even very impressive for speakers in this price range. I almost want to write that it's a killer, but I put on Applause and Radiohead so of course...
The stereo image seems impeccable to me, as well as the rendering across the entire spectrum. No comparative listening, no objective tests, just a totally subjective and ultimately very enthusiastic listening experience. Maybe I'll use these speakers for more than just piano ;-) . The dry guitars are realistic, the electronic sounds incredibly detailed, the bass present and precise, the voices very expressive... Each instrument remains distinct even in the busiest moments.
For the piano, it's just ecstasy. FINALLY! After 3 years of research to bring this stage piano home, I finally have the sensation of playing a 'real' instrument. The highs are precise without being aggressive, the reverb and resonance effects are realistic, and the bass is very present without overpowering the rest.... There's no impression of 'tubing', no omnipresent and tiring midrange... And above all, I don't get the impression that the sound is coming out of the speakers: the spatialisation is just perfect and if I close my eyes I can almost imagine the resonance box :-D
In short, these speakers are well worth their price and I'm sorry I didn't try them sooner!
These speakers offer very good value for money. The bass is precise but does not mask the highs. No distortion, even at high volume. And that's with Bletooth or line input. A remote control lets you operate the speakers remotely. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the quality of the remote control could have been better, but it's fully functional.
Delivered on time for a product that meets expectations.
Very good sound, good value for money
Good sound and good looks, but it's a shame that the infrared remote control is temperamental, which spoils the fun a bit.
Very pleased with these Edifier R1700BT. The bluetooth is very convenient to connect quickly and play music, with 1 good quality.
For the budget, I am extremely happy with these Edifier.
I'm very pleased with the Edifier R1700BTs and the way they look and feel.
I recommend them!
Excellent service from LDLC, with convenient in-store delivery.
Thank you
After 7 months of use, the format, the finish, the versatility.... nothing to complain about, but I think a defect on mine, the one on the left crackles very slightly between 20 and 150hz no matter the source. so 95% satisfaction because everything else is really perfect.
Easy to install I use it with an amplified turntable
Quite good sound for my use with 40+ year old vinyls!
Very good speakers for the price! No aggressiveness, a good general balance, mediums which sound well, highs pleasantly transparent without pouring in the excess/acidity... frankly nothing to complain about. Adjusted more finely by EqualizerAPO to linearise their frequency response, which is necessarily disturbed in the low frequencies (specificity of the listening room + placement on a desk), we are entitled to a surprisingly deep low frequency for 10cm boomers and punchy, without any "box" effect. The sound reproduced is natural and musical, which is quite rare on speakers at this price, especially if we take into account the fact that the amplifier is integrated.
Note that the filtering is active, that is to say that tweeters and boomers are each fed by 1 channel of amplification, with a crossover at the level of the preamplifier. There are no passive components (chokes, condos, resistors) in the signal path between the amp output and the speakers. It would be quite realistic to say that this pair does just as well as a traditional passive amp and speaker combination that you would find for a few hundred euros more. But shhhh... the hi-fist won't want to believe it!
In terms of design, the black finish is very nice around the computer equipment. They are discreet with the cover, and they have a sober but distinguished design without the cover.
Frankly, I recommend it!
