I needed to connect a third screen and I only had an HDMI output but a Mini DisplayPort output.
The screen in question is equipped with HMI/ DisplayPort, so I bought this cable which works very well, with no problems whatsoever.
All this on a laptop.

This product corresponds completely to its description, I use it to connect a BOOK 2 surface to a DELL 24" monitor for office and scientific use, it is perfect.
Allows maximum resolution (2560/1440) with MacBookPro and MacMini, no need for the prohibitively expensive cable offered by Apple.
I would have liked to find a shorter version (50cm for example) from StarTech who make very good products.
The cable is of very good quality and has had no problems after 6 months of intensive use, unplugging/plugging/transporting
I had a recurring problem: the PC would start in a loop if my monitor was connected to the display port (I had to unplug the monitor, turn on the PC, then reconnect the display port). By browsing the net, I learned that the problem probably came from the cable used (PIN 20 problem). The advice given was to get a PIN 19 cable, and the brand Startech was often mentioned. And when I received the cable I ordered from LDLC, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had no more problems with the Startech. I turn on the PC, then the screen, and no more need to do gymnastics of unplugging and replugging :).
Cable used to connect my Asus G751JY laptop to a BENQ XL2411P monitor. The 144Hz is recognized correctly, no problems to report. The quality looks good, nothing to complain about.
Wacom recommended cable to connect my Cintiq Pro to my graphics card. Works perfectly since months, nothing to say. But it needs 200 characters so I'll have to add more ;-)
What else can I say? I use it for the HTC Vive, and I have absolutely no problems.

This DisplayPort and Mini-DisplayPort cable is excellent the 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution for my new 27 inch screen. I would like to thank the LDLC team for their good selection of products for sale.
