Opinions on the mk235 keyboard

I am very disappointed with this wireless keyboard with wireless mouse bought 3 days ago. With a tower with i7 -8700k 3.70Ghz processor under windows 10- 64 bits and DD master in SSD, I have only latencies with this keyboard. The usb plug connected to the back or the front of the tower I have the same result! It's really annoying and creates doubts when I boot up the PC. I will contact the shop again for an exchange.
