Lifetime 1 month, no service

At first I was quite happy with the product, until after a month the straps broke. I then contacted customer service, with no answer, to ask them again, again with no answer. I went to their website, where they talk about a form... which they don't provide, obviously to avoid after sales procedures.         Recently purchased this bag allows me to carry my Asus GL742VW-TY425T without much difficulty (43cm) but that's its limit...
