Good phone, good value for money
The sound is good.
It works well several years later.
Nothing to complain about. I don't know what more to say.

The phone was received on time and very well packaged, bought in case of a power cut I think it will be very useful.
Hello This is already the second of the same type works perfectly meets my requirements works without batteries or mains power no problem at the moment
It's an Alcatel, so it's still a good value. This phone is very functional. If you buy it to work on TV, be aware that :
-the sound is not great in amplified mode, neither for listening nor for others
-If you want to plug in a headset, make sure you have an rj9 compatible headset, otherwise skip it.
For the price, you should not be very demanding either
The phone works well.
I like the fact that there is no need for batteries or a power adapter (it is self-powered by the phone line).
There are 4 ring tones to choose from.
The menus are not necessarily very intuitive, but that's a detail.
It's a good phone, it's intuitive, the ringtone is adjustable and loud (not many melodies, they are not great)
What I like about this phone, on my desk, I can pick up 1/ with the handset
2/ in conference mode
3/ with a headset.
I love it, especially during long phone calls.
I can mute the microphone at any time.
I don't go into the menu functions, I don't use them.
This phone works well, voices are intelligible and the microphone is good. The number of ringtones seems limited, I didn't really find any to my liking. The shortcuts to make a quick call are very useful.
It's brand new. With use and with a bit of hindsight, my opinion on this product will perhaps only be more relevant. For the moment, I have not been able to connect this device to the "T" wall socket, an intermediate plug is probably necessary and must be missing... To be continued!
I do not understand why for the same device taken in the shop no shipping costs while the same device ordered on the internet and retrieve necessarily in the shop him is increased by shipping costs.
The same service should have the same price, which is very disappointing for this anti-commercial practice.
There is a problem in the documentation: you can set the duration of flashing, but you don't know what it is.
The ergonomics need to be reviewed:
- the square that acts as a cross-hair is too deep and too thin; you need small fingers to handle it properly
- The Menu button also acts as an OK button. It would have been better to use the key in the centre of the crosshair for example.
- The space character is not on the numeric keypad as on all phones. You have to use the down key of the cross key (and it is not indicated anywhere).
The rest is fine; it's not expensive, but I expected more from an Alcatel.
Pleasant and very simple to use, easy to set
the ringtones are very audible and not aggressive, very practical, the fact that it is self-powered
the fact that it is self-powered by the telephone cable removes the constraint of batteries and other batteries to be changed, the screen is very readable, plus the indicator light of calls in absence, the storage of numbers is done without problem, the price is really very interesting.
The price is really very interesting. I recommend it without hesitation.
Good device for the price.
Good listening level.
Microphone and hands-free mode work well.
However, it emits a 'beep' when mute is activated. This beep is unfortunately audible to the caller(s).
The features offered are comprehensive. Compatible with caller ID, the screen is practical and readable even if it is not backlit. On the other hand, this phone does not require an additional power supply and therefore does not consume any electricity (everything is done via the telephone cable supplied). Aesthetically sober, its slightly "light" appearance is understandable given its reasonable price. The ringtones are a little varied and a little loud compared to modern mobile phones, but are effective (adjustable volume).
I was looking for a phone that was not DECT, that was hands-free and if possible not too bulky. Apart from this last point (which has the advantage of generously sized keys, so you don't need glasses!) I am very satisfied with this purchase.
On the downside :
A registration of the numbers a little laborious (to be made only once)
An incoming number indicator that must be manually erased even after consulting and recalling the numbers
A few cuts in freehand, however nickel with microphone and earpiece.
On the positive side :
Sound quality and great integrated microphone
Compatible with all voice servers
Non-aggressive ringtones
I bought this phone as part of my telecommute, to keep pretty much the same functionality as an LG-NORTEL.
The result is that I am not disappointed!
I do regret, however, that the phone cannot be tilted forward.
