When placed in its slot, the memory strip was immediately recognised by the machine (which is admittedly a little old).

The most difficult part was dismantling the PC, a Satellite Pro with screws of different lengths in the cover. Be careful to spot when disassembling. Otherwise, the RAM was very quickly recognised and this gave the PC a good boost.

Installed on my Lenovo ThinkPad X230 after asking LDLC's technical service for advice. The latter told me that the memory sticks on my machine were powered by 1.35V and that this voltage had to be respected. He immediately recommended this reference, which I ordered and received 3 days later. Immediately recognized on my Linux Mint LMDE Betsy system. I am very satisfied and I already put 5 stars for the service while waiting to test the product.
I've bought it to complete the 4GB of ram already present in my laptop, and it has given my machine a second wind. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure I'll ever be able to use it again.

Bought to feed a mini-PC. Installed without difficulty, and works without a hitch, so all in all nothing to complain about.
If I were really in the mood to nitpick, I'd just regret the packaging used, which holds the strip so well in place that it becomes difficult to remove it and you're a bit afraid of breaking it. But hey... I guess that's what it takes to make the transport smooth.
