        Impeccable

        In the hotel
        Outdoors
To quickly create or expand a network
        Compact and USB powered
        It replaces a classic model
It acts as a router, repeater, access point
and even an internet server with the SiM dongle

Great as a wifi router, not as a classroom bibliobox

It's not great as a bibliobox (by changing the firmware) because you can't connect more than 3 or 4 people at the same time (so it's useless for a class), but as a wifi router (to transform an ethernet network socket into a wifi one in order to compensate for the strong backward movement of the video projector) it's great.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for the original functionality: pirateboxes or biblioboxes in the classroom are only really viable with at least a raspberrypi.

        Good little travel router

Perfect for a small travel router.

I personally flashed it with OpenWRT rather than keeping the classic interface. However, having used another one last year, the router works with 4G keys.

The only downside for DIYers is the limited amount of storage space, only 4MB, so I had to skip the OpenWrt GUI if I wanted to install an OpenVPN client.

The processor is not very fast and does not allow to exceed 10Mbit/s on a VPN tunnel with a 4096bits key. For a classic use (no VPN) it is however powerful to ensure the maximum start allowed by the wifi.

But the objective was for me to be able to quickly deploy an individual wifi network, directly connected to my professional network, on which my phone and laptop and other tablets can connect directly. Objective accomplished.

The Swiss Army knife of routers

Flashed with OpenWrt, this little router that fits in the palm of your hand is a must have for all the hackers!
I use it for USB/Wifi tethering when I travel, and I already have a lot of ideas for experimenting in my home lab.
