I went from 85°C to 45°C on my idle CPU. I had to change my thermal paste, the old one had degraded. Very good value for money.

Good for office use.

Insufficient heat dissipation for me. Be sure to read the heat dissipation coefficients before buying a thermal paste, I read it wrong. Good for office use. Insufficient for the extreme demands of a gamer. Fortunately: not expensive!
