This 24" touchscreen computer replaces an almost identical computer that was nearly 10 years old (Adora24 all-in-one, MS AE61). Getting it up and running was OK, but installing it was a bit complicated (no paper documentation was supplied). However, when in use, the system's cooling fan is at full blast almost all the time, generating an annoying noise for an office, even when it's on standby! So you have to turn off the computer as soon as you're not using it to avoid disturbing other people working in the office. Rather disappointing! Otherwise, the machine works very well. I'm going to find out about changing the fans for noctua, or something else... but I'm afraid I won't be able to open the product before the end of the warranty, which we've extended for peace of mind (5-year comfort pack ....). Shame, if I had to do it all over again, I'd get a much quieter product .......
