Extremely disappointed

Nothing works and I've only been able to play a handful of resource-hungry 'recent' games. It crashes all the time, or even doesn't launch at all. I've taken the PC to the after-sales service once but the changes that have been made haven't made much difference, so I think there's a problem with the hardware.

Unfortunately it's very difficult for me to get around, and opportunities to go to the nearest shop to bring the computer back are rare. I'll try to get back there as soon as I can.

But still, for equipment at this price, it's simply outrageous. My previous machine, also bought here, worked much better, even though it's over five years old and cost three times less. In short, I've probably had bad luck and one (or more) of the components must be faulty. I hope they can find a solution or, ideally, replace the machine.

None of this in any way detracts from the fantastic work of their technical support team, as well as their in-store after-sales service. I'm just extremely disappointed that I've finally been able to afford top-of-the-range equipment without actually being able to until now.

A war machine!

I was very pleased with my purchase, I needed a powerful machine with the best components to run VR games with my Quest2 (Flight Sims, etc..), my previous PC not being able to keep up with this side and the result is above my expectations!
I had a question about setting the colour of the chassis fans when I received my order, which wasn't necessarily intuitive for an uninitiated person like me, but the technical service (top notch!) guided me through the procedure and everything is now set up correctly.
