I'm very satisfied with the very fast delivery (DOM-TOM), less than 6 days to get it, but bubble wrap or other protection would have been nice in the parcel.
I'm also very pleased with the product. Unbeatable price at LDLC. If you're hesitating between the 13 pro and the 13 pro+, go for the 13 pro+ (IP68, better screen and processor, extremely fast charging, etc.).
I use my smartphone every day. Navigation is very fluid and the phone doesn't heat up. Lots of free applications and takes very nice photos. No bugs found. Frankly, I'd recommend it.
