Performance and compact size
The KIOXIA BG5 series is a range of NVMe SSDs in a compact format with capacities of up to 1024GB, using a PCIe 4.0 compatible interface and KIOXIA BiCS FLASH 3D TLC (3 bits per cell) flash memory in 112 layers. With higher bandwidth, improved flash management and host memory buffer (HMB) technology, the BG5 range of SSDs offers good read performance with active power consumption of up to 4.1W.

KIOXIA BG5 series SSDs are available in capacities of 256GB, 512GB and 1024GB for M.2 type 2230 and type 2280 module formats, making them a perfect solution for thin and light system designs such as ultra-thin PCs, embedded devices and server boot devices in data centres.
