The ICY DOCK EZ-Adapter Ex MB931U-1VB R1 offers SMBs, home users and professionals a quick and easy way to access their NVMe U.2 PCIe SSDs. The EZ-Adapter Ex offers extensive compatibility thanks to its Thunderbolt 4 compatible USB-C 3.1 interface and 2.0 compatible USB-A 3.1 interface. The tool-less design of the SSD installation allows users to transfer large files from multiple U.2 drives to any computer, simply via a USB connection.
Simplicity and broad compatibility
Thanks to its frameless design, this adapter offers perfect compatibility with the various manufacturers' caddies and trays. No need to dismantle or unscrew, just connect the SSD interface to the ICY DOCK adapter! With the EZ-Adapter Ex MB931U-1VB R1, simply connect a U.2 SSD to the EZ-Adapter, then plug the USB type A or C connector into the system to start data transfer immediately.
USB 3.1 - 10 Gbps connection
To fully exploit the power of the U.2 NVMe PCIe SSD, the EZ-Adapter Ex uses the USB 3.1 interface which can deliver transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbps, giving you the ability to back up large data files or store 4k/5k/8k video in seconds. A 12V power supply is included to ensure sufficient power for power-hungry U.2 SSDs.
