High performance
So what can we say about this computer? It's very powerful, with 32GB of RAM, which is more than enough, contrary to what people think.
I got this computer after testing the SCAR 17 in Ryzen 9 7945HX (OPTIMUS toggling problem, which crashed the computer, but which was very efficient with 4090 as well as a rather annoying coil whine) then an Alienware M18 R1 in 4090 (the Dell salespeople told me that I could very easily reverse the CHERRY MX in US to make it in EU FR, which was not the case, it's a shame).
After 40 days of waiting, Dell finally reimbursed me, and so I took this computer, which costs a certain amount, I grant you, I took the 5-year warranty to really be sure.
What can I say, this RAIDER version is the mid-range of MSI's very high-end range, just before the TITAN GT77 (which I wanted), but with 2 fans instead of 4, you can feel it in games, with temperatures 10 to 15°C higher.
The processor is the most powerful there is with the 7945HX from AMD, it's a 13980HX, in terms of value for money, it's not the best, but it's a beast for the TDP of a laptop.
The screen is bright enough for many situations, even outdoors.
The sound is excellent, a little below that of the RAZER 18", but very effective.
The quality of the screen is good too,
Gaming performance is also perfect,
Noise, on the other hand, is already quite audible in silent mode, with fan 1 running constantly at 3000rpm, given that the processor is running at 1% of its capacity at 41-45°C.
I'll have to check out MSI's software to make custom settings and play with the speeds.
The keyboard is good, without being as expensive as a CHERRY MX from Alienware or MSI* and is very discreet, which is what I'm looking for in the end, but I'll have to check it out on a game like DIABLO to see if there are any repeats or wrong keys during the game.
