    Excellent product

    Probably one of the best robot hoovers on the market, and I'm very happy with it so far.

    It's a shame that LDLC don't sell the top of the range DREAME L10S ULTRA, which is what I originally wanted but this one does the job well too.

    I live in the French overseas departments (Réunion) and very few (if any) websites offer to deliver robot hoovers (or TINECO type upright hoovers) here and there aren't many businesses offering this type of product, the same goes for home automation in general. LDLC has a card to play.

    LDLC is always at the top, orders are processed quickly, dispatch is fast (even to French overseas departments) and well protected, the product conforms to specifications, and the after-sales service is truly efficient. What more could you ask for?

    It's PERFECT, too bad it doesn't make coffee.

    So this magnificent robot hoover is simply EXCELLENT.

    The simple fact that it vacuums, mops, empties and cleans itself makes all the difference.
    Since it arrived, we haven't had to maintain or clean it beyond filling the clear water tank and emptying the used water tank every 3 days.
    Despite the fact that he can't recognise obstacles (shoes, slippers, cables, etc.), he's not bad at all at mapping his environment and planning the best possible route.

    I could go on for hours, but really, it's top of the range for a robot hoover at this price with such capabilities.

    It's such a shame that LDLC don't sell them any more, I was going to get one for my mum. :(
