Watch broke down after a month ...
LDLC asked me to see Fitbit directly ... after another month of email exchanges, they can't send me back the watch under warranty and offer to refund me.
I live in Polynesia, so I order tax-free.
I pay the tax on arrival and postage when ordering, but fitbit only refunds the watch ... and WITHOUT TAX!
I strongly advise against this product and this brand.
