I've installed three in a garage cubicle and two more in a large wardrobe. The Xiaomi Home app is easy to use and takes less than a minute to set up. You can even configure scenarios, lighting intensity and duration.
Soft, warm light (to be pushed to 100% intensity because it's not too powerful), triggered only in advanced darkness (adjustable darkness level for triggering) and for an adjustable duration. And it's all very compact and attractive.
In short, a perfect nightlight for securing a landing.
