plastic screen that can be cut to size

If you can't find the right size for your screen you can always buy bigger and cut it to size. Comes with translucent adhesive, but you don't necessarily need it, the plastic screen holds static well. The screen is quite flexible, about 1mm thick, with a matte or glossy side, as you wish.
It's a bit expensive but I have less headache and less fatigue, I'll see in time if it's really effective but I think so.
