An unfinished product
On paper, the product is absolutely excellent. For the price, it can be. But unfortunately it is not optimised to handle the components it integrates. It heats up. Sorry, it boils. So I'll say that my product burned so much that it would shut down suddenly, blue screens, and it was impossible to continue using it anyway because the edges or the keyboard would get so hot. The computer I received clearly had a problem, which is why I sent it back to MSI, but I must admit that at the moment I am very worried because they are considering repairing it and sending it back to me, but in my opinion, it is irreparable and above all this equipment is ultimately not suitable, it should not have been put on the market. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to send it back to me, but I think it's irreparable and it's not a good product. The sad thing is that it has the name CREATOR, so we assume that for photo editing, 3D, it will follow a minimum, and in fact yes and no. Yes for 30 minutes, no after 30 minutes because it literally burns out and clearly needs to shut down. So I would strongly advise against this model from MSI. I saw some tests that came out just a few days ago on youtube and they all say the same thing, it is boiling hot. I bought it a month ago, if I had known, I would never have bought it. Don't make the same mistake. If I think of it, I'll write another review to tell you how my problem was solved whether it was with MSI or LDLC. Personally, I'd like to get my money back and buy another computer because it's literally impossible to work with, you really get your fingers burnt on it. And I have reported everything I am telling you to MSI. In my opinion they have handled this aspect of the computer badly unfortunately.
