Numeric keypad integrated into the touch pad + power failure on start-up
1 - After 24 hours of use, the system locks up on boot with an error message (driver error) --> Contact LDLC after-sales service --> Windows 11 needs to be reinstalled using the strain available on the Microsoft site --> a tedious but conclusive operation, except that the ASUS-specific programs that came with the machine are no longer present.
2 - The pseudo numeric keypad built into the touch pad doesn't work properly and has far more disadvantages than advantages --> contact ASUS after-sales service --> it's not possible to disable it completely --> a non-definitive solution is given but has to be re-entered each time .... is rebooted. It doesn't work anyway.
