CarPlay is the most advanced way to connect an iPhone to your Macrom entertainment system. It provides access to a variety of smartphone functions such as music, messaging and navigation. The iPhone can be controlled by voice or via the user interface. CarPlay goes far beyond what was previously done with a user interface. It uses Apple's voice assistant, Siri, which can be accessed with a touch of the voice control button for most functions.
Android Auto brings the most useful applications from your Android phone to the Macrom entertainment system, in a format that keeps you focused on driving. You can control navigation, calls, texts and music with the voice assistant, which can be accessed simply by saying "OK Google". Android Auto supports Google Maps.
