Good but not great
The product is good but not great.
It ventilates. That's its job and it does it. However, my PC heats up on the back. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's the right one for me or not.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it as a replacement for the old one, but it's a good idea to use it as a replacement for the new one. It allows you to give a boost from time to time. And it doesn't stop when the computer goes to sleep.
The good thing is that you can choose the speed with a knob on the back. It is not very accessible but it has the merit to exist.
In the end, here are the actions I did:
- I changed the thermal paste of my PC
- I used this fan
- I raised my PC so that the air circulates well underneath. In my opinion, the grille does not let the air circulate well
- I made a hole in the shell of my PC so that the air comes directly to the area to be cooled.
