The PC arrived earlier than expected. The protection on delivery is good. The start up is easy and well explained. The PC has performed very well since I received it (1 week).
However, I had a problem, the PC was connecting to all the Wi-Fi (Neighbours and shared connection with 3 different laptops) except the one at home, I call the SAV explaining the problem and explaining that although I put the right password, I get either a return "The password is incorrect."The "telephonist" tells me that it's "Because you put the wrong password" while being sure of himself and without letting me explain it to him. It's subjective but I felt like he was taking me for a fool with his arrogant look.
Fortunately, the Orange agents are nice and have a "SENSE OF LISTENING", unlike the LDLC agent I had, and were able to help me solve this problem knowing that the problem did not come from them.
For people who have the same problem, it is because the computer's Wi-Fi is not compatible with all types of Wi-Fi encryption, so you just have to change the type of encryption to make it work.
