Unreliable and poorly supported
After 3 months of use, without having dropped it or damaged it. The network started to get worse and worse: robot voice, communication cut, no network at all.
After the tests requested by the support, factory reset, sim and phone exchange. The phone was sent to the service department. Micro change. And of course still the reception problem. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this again, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it again and again.
The workshop seized the opportunity to send me back the phone without even looking at it, answering that they are not competent for this kind of request, and sent me back to my reseller (ldlc in this case)
I'm not sure I'm going to be able to get a phone that's supposed to be resistant from a French company, and not especially cheap, to get this in the end. Believe me, it's better to buy Chinese at twice the price and throw it away when it doesn't work anymore.
