UNREADABLE SILVER KEYBOARD

I've been using this laptop for 5 months now and I think she's happy with it because she only uses it for office work. I've been using it for 5 months now and I'm very happy with it because it's only used for office work, but I don't understand how Asus, which is a great brand, was able to sell this silver keyboard with white writing on it (who has tested it?). In the daytime, as well as in a darker context, she is obliged to use a desk lamp placed vertically to be able to work "normally".
We are really disappointed.
I'm considering buying a full black keyboard with white lettering to make it operational.
