Very good card for 1080p
I waited until the prices became more or less decent again to order an RTX. I play in 1080p and I want to limit my power consumption, so I chose a 3060 ti. I've been using it for a while now and I'm very happy with the way it's delivered.
This card replaces a MSI GTX 1070 ti.
On Destiny 2, at full power, the card does not flinch, you can hardly hear the fans.
On Tiny Tina's Wonderland, GeForce Experience simply tells me to set all options to maximum. Everything runs smoothly, but the GPU usage hits 100% and all three fans are running at full speed, so the card gets quite noisy. I lowered the frame rate to 60 fps: card at 80%, fan noise correct.
I'm happy with my purchase, but I think I'll have to fine-tune my settings to get a good quality/noise compromise.
