Hewlett Packard Enterprise designs security directly into the server with HPE iLO silicon root of trust, making the HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen10 an industry standard server. This model is a barebone server with no CPU, no memory, no hard drive and no power supply, allowing up to eight 2.5" SAS/SATA small form factor hard drives to be added.
Security Innovations
The HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen10 server is one of Hewlett Packard Enterprise's industry-standard servers with key firmware embedded directly in the silicon chip. This security solution is integrated into the server lifecycle, starting with the silicon root of trust. Secure recovery allows the server firmware to be restored to the last known trusted version or to factory settings after the compromised code is detected.
