Not the first experience for the family with LDLC, so far always satisfied.
Well-designed and well-built hardware. Very well suited for home office use. Easy to set up.
Since we received this computer, the touchpad is uncontrollable and only creates problems for us (deleting irretrievable documents, etc.). We are obliged to use a real mouse, which is not at all practical for the use we wanted to make of it.
Hello,
I wanted to contact you on this subject to see with you the guarantee of this dysfunction. The touch mouse often has bugs when you move the cursor and select a zone, it moves blocks unexpectedly and therefore you have to use a real mouse which is not necessarily functional depending on where you are.
Aesthetic device (brushed metal look).
Nice screen, very good definition.
Nice keyboard but not backlit (however, it seems to be missing a light to indicate the lock of the numeric keypad).
Very limited connectivity: two additional USB ports would not have been superfluous.
You have to connect to the Internet via WiFi because there is no ethernet port.
Of course, this type of very thin computer cannot have an optical drive.
Quiet computer, even when it is very busy.
Storage: good compromise with a 128GB SSD (for programs) and a 1TB hard drive (for data).
Sound quality is good. The sound volume is limited but sufficient for a laptop.
The only regret is the lack of an optical drive and I would have liked a larger number of standard usb ports
