    Defective, no support, no exchange, no refund

    Exactly one month after receiving the product, it starts to sizzle on a really high frequency continuously, impossible to use without having headaches.
    LDLC sends me back to BenQ, who takes a week and 4 messages to accept a return by RMA, Case# 00335297
    The projector goes to repair for 12 days
    And comes back with, and I quote, "a firmware update".
    As expected, the hardware sizzle is not solved by a new firmware.
    So the RMA was a sham.

    Now BenQ is offering me, and I quote again, "to try to get a trade-in approved with a used unit".

    It looks like I have lost 1300€.

    The best projector I've ever had and by far the most beautiful image, slightly noisy but you forget about it quickly and the best thing is the short focal length to place it anywhere, I recommend it with my eyes closed. And of course Ldlc always on top !!!!

    My first projector. But what a blast. I use it to play games on ps5 and watch movies on pc. The image is beautiful, and I never saw any smears even on fast animations. The fan is present but with the sound coming through a home cinema, you don't hear the fan at all. I am completely satisfied with this projector and would recommend it.
