Newly purchased PC that works in slow motion, buggy sound. I'm not sure if it's a good one or not, but I'm sure it is. I'm not sure if the after sales service is up to scratch, but I'm not sure about the quality of the product.
This pc is super slow and some websites don't display like my bank account details, but it was the only pc that fit in my budget.
It's the worst computer I've seen in 30 years, and that includes used ones. And I've seen a few: deployment technician for 20 years.
I've got nothing installed on it but Firefox, I just needed a computer to go online. I have nothing on the desktop except 4 shortcuts.
At startup it's already at 65% memory usage with nothing open and the black screen as background !!!!
Currently I have the task manager and the LDLC page on Firefox, it is at 79%.
I looked underneath, no plate to remove to add memory (That said no apparent access to the hard drive either...).
The slightest action brings it to its knees, even opening the file explorer.
If I open two internet pages I have time to go and make a coffee.
In addition, it freezes regularly, at least two or three hard reboots a day.
So either I've stumbled upon a lousy model or this thing is a complete piece of crap.
Sure it's cheap, but still way too much for what it's worth.
Good product, works very well, smooth. I would advise to put a M.2 hard drive directly, the original 1T hard drive is too big, it can be used as storage.
I am very pleased with my purchase and the delivery was fast. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.
