This camera cannot work without an internet connection and connects to the D-Link website systematically.
It is not a camera, it is a spy in your home. As soon as you activate the filtering on your firewall, it doesn't work anymore: no more images, nothing. Even on the local network!
The only thing that leaves me doubtful is the price on LDLC and other sites with a 30% lower price elsewhere, without any particular discount and without shipping costs. I'm not sure if LDLC is making a lot of money or if the other sites are making nothing (which would be very surprising). I took it from LDLC because I could pick it up easily in the shop.
