Because it doesn't work properly and its base is disappointing
So I bought it for nothing because I won't use it.
A waste of money.
Ordered on 03/12/2021 as a Christmas present and unpacked on 25/12/2021 for an adult. When unpacked, everything seems fine and the finish of the headphones is rather nice. A small reservation for the headband which seems solid but this small feeling of fragility hovers because the plastic, although rigid, does not seem resistant. To be continued... The sound is good and the headset is comfortable to use. Thursday 13 January 2022, 19 days later. The headband broke while putting the headset on the head. LDLC technical service contacted me by email and asked me for details and sent me photos of the headset. The exchanges were quick and clear. Final answer from the support: no support (neither refund nor exchange nor repair). Argument put forward: misuse of the equipment or handling error. Result: fewer customers and a broken helmet.
